Transitioning into coaching, she has accumulated more than 1,000 hours of experience as a Gallup Strength Coach, CPCC Co-active Coach, and CPFC Family Coach. She specializes in empowering executives and entrepreneurial teams to unlock their potential through strategic guidance and personal development. Tina is also a guest speaker and forum moderator, most recently contributing to the 2024 Oxbridge Parents Conference.


Katherine, an ICF-accredited life coach, holds a Master of Business Administration from the UK. With over a decade of experience as a Business Development Manager and eight years teaching Chinese language and culture, she brings a rich perspective to her coaching. As a dedicated volunteer and UKCWC Committee Member, she has championed women’s empowerment initiatives for more than four years. Katherine is passionate about helping women navigate the complexities of balancing career and family, empowering them to thrive as their authentic selves.


Tao Yu
Tao earned a Master of Business Administration in Canada and has six years of experience as an SAP information systems analyst and consultant. From 2008 to 2020, she balanced roles as a full-time mother, private tutor, and entrepreneur. Certified in counseling, autism understanding, and SEN advocacy, Tao is dedicated to supporting children with special needs and high sensitivity. Her work focuses on helping young people and their families build confidence, discover their unique strengths, and develop a healthy lifestyle.
